An electrician answers every hour of every day. We make it safe first, find the fault with proper testing, then give you a fixed price for the repair before touching it. The van carries switchboard parts and RCBOs, so most jobs finish in one visit.
Older North Shore homes still run on ceramic fuses and timber-backed boards that can't protect against shock or carry modern loads. We fit a new enclosure with an RCBO on every circuit, surge protection, and labelling you can actually read.
We check your supply capacity, board space and cable route from photos before quoting. Your charger or one of ours; every unit we fit is OCPP-compatible so you're not locked into one app.
IC-4 rated warm-dim LEDs that can be covered with insulation and drop to candle-light as you dim. We match dimmers to drivers so nothing flickers, and fit neutral-wired smart switches that keep working when the internet doesn't.
We size the battery against a year of your real usage data and tell you plainly if the payback doesn't stack up. Federal battery discount and any NSW incentive come straight off the written quote.
The estimator gives the range we'd quote on the phone. Your final price is fixed in writing after we see photos or visit, and it only changes if you change the job.
My safety switch keeps tripping. Is that dangerous?
It's doing its job — something on that circuit is leaking current. Unplug everything on the circuit and reset it. If it still trips with nothing plugged in, the fault is in the wiring and you need us.
Should I call you or Ausgrid?
If the whole street is out or wires are down, call Ausgrid on 13 13 88. If it's only your property, it's almost always on your side of the meter — that's us.
Do you charge extra after hours?
The after-hours call-out is $249 instead of $149 and covers the first 30 minutes on site. Everything beyond that is still a fixed price agreed before we start.
What paperwork do I get?
A Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) for any regulated work, lodged with NSW Fair Trading and emailed to you, plus photos of anything we've closed up.
